This is a legal agreement between you (individual or entity or hereinafter the CUSTOMER) and IDColab. By providing our PRODUCT, we demonstrate professionalism and the quality of our work. Purchasing PRODUCT, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

The CUSTOMER MAY:

• use the PRODUCT in any type of projects (presentation, advertising, applications, etc.)
• modify the original PRODUCT for his purposes
• terminate this license at any time by destroying all copies of the PRODUCT.

The CUSTOMER may NOT:

• Redistribute PRODUCT or modifications/parts of the PRODUCT
• use in projects not protected from the extraction of PRODUCT by other users.

The original PRODUCT will always remain the property of IDColab but the 3D model may contain third party copyrights or/and trademarks, and in some cases, their use must be agreed with the owners.

Your only form of compensation under this License Agreement shall be repair or replacement and shall never exceed the actual amount received from you by IDColab for the PRODUCT.

IDColab is not liable for any direct, incidental, collateral, exemplary, consequential or special damages or losses that may result from the use or installation of IDColab PRODUCT.

If any of these conditions of the agreement are breached, such breach shall constitute an unlawful use of the content, and you shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Items sold by IDColab may not be used for illegal purposes.
