IDColab is a visual-first, cloud-based collaboration platform for interior and architectural designers to share designs, collect client feedback, and make decisions in real time. Renderings, 360 degree panoramas, 3D models, PDFs, videos, and mood boards all open directly in the browser or the mobile app, and feedback is pinned to the exact point on the design it refers to, so decisions stay attached to the work instead of scattering across email threads.
IDColab’s forever free Starter plan lets you create and organize unlimited projects with 5 GB of storage, and is completely free. Forever. No credit card required.
All core features are included in IDColab’s forever free plan, with a limit of up to two internal collaborators per project. External collaborators are not available on the free plan and require a Studio or Design Pro plan. Access to the 3D model library and model credits is not included, but models can still be purchased individually for $20 each.
IDColab has four plans: Starter is free forever, Studio is $300 per month, Design Pro is $720 per month, and Enterprise Plus is custom priced. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve, which makes two months free. Storage runs from 5 GB on Starter to 300 GB on Studio and 500 GB on Design Pro, and all plans include unlimited projects plus both the web and mobile apps.
